Do I need to move everything outside?
No. Full-service removal includes carrying approved items from where they are located, provided the path is safe and the crew can access them.
Can you remove just one item?
Yes. Minimum-load pricing typically applies, so it can be more efficient to include other ready-to-go items in the same visit.
What items require advance approval?
Concrete, soil, roofing shingles, paint, tires, refrigerant appliances, pianos, safes, hot tubs, and unusually heavy items should be discussed before booking.
Do you guarantee donation?
